My Academy, offers online GATE (ASET) exam and scholarship preparation classes to children whose parents wish them to be considered for the next round of scholarship places – for both private school and public selective schools. These group sessions cover ALL areas of the exam with a particular focus on exam strategies and techniques. Understanding exam techniques and strategies for the GATE (ASET) exam is as important as the content knowledge.

Preparing for the GATE (ASET) examination can be challenging, but with the right guidance and support, you can achieve your dreams. Our workshops offer several advantages by covering:

- Practise opportunities and feedback. For example, students are only given a very short amount of time in the test for the writing section. With so many students sitting the test, it can be very hard to stand out from the crowd.

How can My Academy Online GATE (ASET) Preparation Workshop help?
The My Academy online GATE (ASET) preparation course will look at various ways in which students can add detail and written features to their writing that interests and impresses the marker. Importantly, many of the skills and strategies we will cover also benefit students in their general schooling, and not just for the test.
These online GATE (ASET) preparation workshops are run by a qualified teacher that has successfully prepared hundreds of students for the GATE (ASET) exam.
Parents will be given detailed written feedback at the completion of all of the workshops running in that month. E.g. any students attending the January GATE (ASET) workshops will be given the feedback at the end of January. This enables the marks to be compared for all students so that accurate feedback can be given comparing the marks across the cohort.
The groups are limited to 8 in a group so that all the students can have individualised attention for the strategies.
These online GATE (ASET) workshops are suitable for students who are entering Year 6 in February and will be sitting the exams a month later. The different group options for the online GATE (ASET) preparation workshops cover the same content, they are just on different dates throughout January. You can choose the workshops you would like your child to attend.
The GATE (ASET) Preparation Workshops run in the January School Holidays. If it is not showing as available, it is either after January or fully booked. All workshops are uploaded to book at the start of March ready for the new GATE cohort.
